Our hotel had the key to a beautiful private garden called Ecclestone Square park, where we had our breakfast all by ourselves among “Alice in wonderland” paths and flowers. We then headed to the IMAX theater to watch the latest Mission Impossible movie, where I managed about 90 minutes before falling asleep in the middle of the fight scenes. Terry woke me up when I started to snore and the neighboring audience sent sideways glances… Our evening continued in the Euston station lounge before our departure on the Caledonian sleeper towards Aberdeen!
