We left our guesthouse and jumped on a train to be reunited with our car in Milngavie. After a pitstop to buy some reasonably priced underwear, we drove onwards to Inglewood House, which was a delight, a beautiful building in a lovely setting that would be our rest and relaxation spot for the night/day.

We checked into our beautiful cabin on the hotel grounds, freshened up then hit the spa, enjoying the hot tub and sauna immensely. Refreshed, we got as dressed up as we could, given our limited wardrobes and wined and dined in the lovely restaurant. The food was delicious and the wedding that was taking place meant there were loads of adorable kids in kilts running around being cute.

Fed and watered we retired to our cabin and Katrine made me watch family guy (which was, thankfully, a step up from Judge Judy) before bedtime. Today was a great day.
