We left Mickey Mouse and his cronies counting our hard earned cash and put pedal to metal, hitting route 66 and making for Sin City.

En route we passed the weird snd the wonderful, including the world’s first McDonald’s, the largest thermometer in the world and a glass bottle forest!

We got to Vegas as the sun set and the moon rose in all it’s splendour. It was truly a beautiful welcome.

We hot the strip, found our hotel and after another disney-like queue checked in, showered, dressed and headed you our evenings entertainment.

Before the show started we grabbed a burger, specially an “incrediburger” a vegetarian burger that absolutely tasted like meat. So bizarre.

The strange continued as we watched all manner of cabaret, acrobat and burlesque act thrill and entertain at the rather brash but entertaining Absinthe show.

We sauntered back home, happy, tipsy and tired and happy to be here.
