We can’t visit LA without having a wander down Venice Beach and visiting Santa Monica pier and Muscle beach. A lot of interesting people (probably attributed to the legalization of cannabis…) and t-shirts and souvenirs. Everything from Hare Krishna drummers to outdoor TRX workouts to roller coaster riders. There were people practicing acroyoga at muscle beach. Very impressive. Almost like the Vegas shows! This was definitely the day for people watching. Some shopping at the mall was also squeezed in. In the evening we went out with Terry’s friends to Élephante, a restaurant with views of the sunset, and apparently a place to see and be seen. I hope they weren’t too disappointed with our low celeb representation.
