Manly beach was a fantastic concellation prize for having to leave our propeller-driven hotel. What a gorgeous place. The main beach was lovely but we also ventured further afield to Shelly beach. Gorgeous.

Otherwise we did some shopping, sampled the local beer and generally hung out and soaked up the atmosphere.

We rounded off the evenings exploring with a lovely restaurant visit, oysters, shrimp and cocktails… right on the beach. Lovely.

We did have an issue with our TV so had to move rooms, however we did receive a bottle of wine and some chocolate for our troubles… So much for trying to sober up…

I, of course, refused to eat the delicious dark chocolate. Which was delicious.
