With heavy heart we trundled our suitcases to the ferry and onwards to the airport to our next destination.

Sydney, and particularly manly beach were hard to leave behind, but I was excited to be heading to Korea,  although knowing that the weather woukd be about 30 degrees lower than we were used to was a little disconcerting. To make things worse Katrine had developed a nasty cold which she was doing her best to push through.

The flight itself was cheap as chips economy class, but despite the lack of legroom (cause I’m that tall) and relative discomfort, the flight passed quickly enough and we navigated easily enough to our surprisingly nice hotel.

I was excited to see what South Korea held in store for us.
