Katrine, who was fighting a flu put on a brave face and braved the cold weather. We made for Namdaemun market, where we browsed a myriad of shopping options, eventually picking up some Ginseng while trying all manner of lovely street food. After a rather cold day of shopping when the light faded we made for a funky light festival, which was spectacular and fun, we even managed to see some live K-Pop performers who had drawn quite the crowd.

After the light festival I escorted the waning Katrine back to our hotel and went browsing the local market, indulging in a bit of shopping and gift buying as well as sampling even more of the delicious street food. Yummy.
