After a cruise down the strip and a quick look at the impressive looking ‘Sphere’, we hit the road and headed for L.A.

We made a couple of stops along the way, most interesting/bizarre of which was the Alien Jerky experience, a balls-to-the-walks, trippy place where we picked up some Alien Beef Jerky, beef Jerky made from actual Alien. It was a wacky place and well worth the visit.

Next up was a wonderful Diner, Peggy Sue’s, where we ordered lovely sandwiches and cake to go. The place hadn’t changed much since Connor and I visited in 2015.

We arrived in L.A late evening where we were greeted by an old friend and his lovely family and made to feel very welcome.
