One of the reasons I wanted to go on this cruise was that there are as many sea days as port days. I used to think sea days would be boring but I’ve realized they’re the chance you get to relax and go to the gym or chill by the pool. I love sea days.

We got to know the ship better. (It’s still hard to remember what’s front and aft without watching the sea, and knowing which direction our cabin is but we’ll get there). I won $100 spa credit in a raffle and booked a relaxing deep tissue bamboo massage. In the evening, we watched the acrobatics show and also stopped by the night club to watch Andrew Derbyshire from “Britain’s got talent“, and we were sorry we missed his main show two days ago. What a voice.
