We made it through the Suez Canal without problems. The highlight today was the late night speakeasy show with dancers and acrobats. You had to be there. I’m not sure all the limbs snapped back in the right place for some of the contortionists. The Celebrity Edge delivers again.
We also went to the stretching class taught by the cruise director, Giuseppe. It was great for me, but for a room full of hip replacements and walking sticks, I’m not sure this would classify as an “easy” class. There were a lot of interesting takes on “downward dog”, and I heard a few incredulous giggles when the instructions called for your hips to touch your heels in “child pose”. But they were all beaming and skipping out of class afterwards so they must have liked it.
