Early up and off to Gardermoen airport before the birds woke up with my friend. First a stop in Doha and then to Trivandrum in India. And I was lucky enough to get the middle seat (but my friend was kind enough to switch with me on the second flight). But no more complaints – a luxury resort and Ayurvedic hospital with pool, beach, Ayurvedic foods and treatments, and yoga await. For that I will gladly sit in a middle seat for a few hours.

We’re a group of 16 Norwegian women traveling together, and many are new to yoga and Ayurveda, so this is exciting. We’ll see what the next week brings.
