Even more beautiful weather today, so Shelly beach was the obvious choice. This time we got in the water and saw a fish or two. Our lunch was a different take on street food. We got a dozen oysters and hake fish and chips (and salad for good measure) to enjoy by Manly beach. Where else do you find takeaway oysters just like fish and chips? No white table cloth, cutlery, champagne or table manners. Just the beach, food and us. Sweet! This was better than any Michelin restaurant to celebrate our anniversary.

For the evening, the Sydney Opera house awaited us. Unfortunately, there wasn’t anything to see at the main stage, but we watched a play in one of the theaters. It was…meh… My expectations were maybe high since this was Sydney opera house, but any performance at Rogaland theater would outshine these guys. The accents were all over the place, and just varying performances overall. Next time, we’re going for the main stage.
